MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING

The Maintenance and Engineering department keeps systems and equipment running smoothly throughout all of our facilities, as well as taking care of our buildings and grounds. This department handles electrical, mechanical, systems engineering and facilities management.

The electricians, machinists, systems engineers and applications engineers are responsible for optimizing the reliability of the systems and equipment at the Fairview and North Creek facilities, from changing light fixtures to major repairs and overhauls of the presses. They employ a combination of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques, as well as making repairs when necessary. The staff takes care of all the production equipment, from presses to inserting machines, as well as computer systems, radio communications, and material handling systems.

The Fairview and North Creek Facilities departments are responsible for the maintenance of the buildings and grounds at those sites. They handle the heating and cooling systems, furniture, painting, fire systems, and plumbing. In addition, the Facilities departments oversee our contracted janitorial, landscaping, and security services.
