The Seattle Post-Intelligencer is the oldest morning newspaper in Washington state, providing news about the Seattle area since 1863 and seattlepi.com is the online connection. Both are designed to provide quick access to news and information. Under a Joint Operating Agreement, The Seattle Times Company manages advertising, circulation, marketing and production for the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.
